- Drafting and preparing mechanical design documentation for plumbing and HVAC systems, adhering to both company and client specifications.
- Conducting engineering calculations and devising innovative technical solutions to address emerging design challenges.
- Developing 3D models within BIM environments and ensuring effective interdisciplinary coordination.
- Producing accurate drawings, diagrams, technical descriptions, and material specifications in English.
- Completing assigned tasks within the agreed budget and schedule, requiring moderate supervision.
- Engaging actively with the project team and facilitating knowledge sharing among team members.
- Participating in meetings with international stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Preferred: prior experience in designing plumbing/HVAC installations specifically for Data Center projects.
