Qualifications
Job Duties:Lead mechanical engineering teams in conceptualizing, strategizing, and creating construction documents and engineering reports for renovation and new building projects. Provide mechanical leadership on large-scale, multi-disciplinary design projects including HVAC, plumbing, process piping systems, and fire protection systems. Engage directly with clients to perform analysis of design alternatives, conduct cost-benefit comparisons, and effectively communicate findings to assist in their decision-making process. Oversee mechanical project teams to ensure adherence to project goals and maintain high-quality standards in deliverables. Manage project financial performance and adherence to schedules. Drive client and business development initiatives. Compose proposals to facilitate new business opportunities. Foster and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements:At least 10 years of experience in a professional architecture/engineering services firm is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required. Exceptional writing, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
