Join our team as a Level 3 Senior Managed Services Engineer specializing in Microsoft technologies. In this pivotal role, you will deliver advanced technical support and expertise, ensuring our clients' Microsoft-based systems operate at peak performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing IT infrastructure while resolving intricate technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver escalated technical support for Microsoft systems, including Active Directory, Exchange, Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Autopilot, and other Office 365 suite products.
- Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to device enrollment, onboarding, provisioning, and application performance.
- Conduct system administration tasks such as configuration, patch management, and software upgrades.
- Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams to escalate and address technical issues promptly.
- Assist L4 Consulting with project work as required.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures to prevent recurring issues.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Engage in the adoption of DevOps practices relevant to our department, identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining.
- Participate in planning and executing IT infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
- Stay informed on emerging Microsoft technologies and best practices to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Implement Conditional Access and MFA within the Azure tenant.
- Manage devices using Intune MDM/MAM, Autopilot, and Windows Hello for Business.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Security Products, including the Defender suite, Sentinel, and Purview.
- Expertise in Identity management, including Entra ID, PIM, Least Privilege, and Access Reviews.
- Engage with clients to identify organizational pain points and explore opportunities to leverage our additional products and services.
- Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills in a Managed Services team, client, or project environment.
