Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and custom applications. Migrate existing SharePoint applications to SharePoint Server Subscription and/or SharePoint Online based on business requirements. Implement custom SharePoint components including web parts, extensions, forms, and templates. Create responsive and user-friendly SharePoint pages utilizing modern UI frameworks such as SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and TypeScript. Collaboration:Engage closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and user-friendly SharePoint solutions. Work in tandem with IT, security, and business units to ensure adherence to best practices and alignment with enterprise architecture. Participate in planning, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support of SharePoint features. Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a SharePoint developer, specifically with SharePoint 2016 and later cloud versions. Strong proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and REST APIs. Experience with related Microsoft technologies including C# . NET, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integration. Familiarity with SharePoint administration principles, permissions, and governance. Solid understanding of information architecture and user experience principles. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Microsoft certifications are advantageous. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
