What will I be doing?
- Champion our product by driving the growth and adoption of Intercom within our Senior Mid-Market segment.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle for our Mid-Market clients, utilizing a consultative sales approach from prospecting to closing.
- Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts, providing clear visibility into revenue performance.
- Stay updated with our evolving products and processes to maintain expertise.
- Develop personalized demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Engage in team development and mentorship to cultivate talent.
- Act as the customer advocate to cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product.
- Contribute to the overall expansion of our global Enterprise business by pioneering best practices and driving initiatives to elevate team performance.
What skills do I need?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Executive.
- At least 3 years of SaaS experience in selling comparable products.
- Strong sales instincts and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
