What Will I Be Doing?

  • Champion our product by spearheading the growth and adoption of Intercom within the Mid-Market segment.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle for Mid-Market customers, employing a consultative sales approach from prospecting to closure.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and clear insights into revenue performance.
  • Stay informed on our evolving products and processes.
  • Develop personalized demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Engage in team development and mentoring.
  • Act as the customer advocate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product.
  • Contribute to the global growth of the Enterprise business by pioneering best practices and driving initiatives to enhance team performance.
