N-iX is seeking a Senior Mobile/Web Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The Backoffice Support Team (BST) is responsible for the tools and systems utilized by our internal back-office teams, including Customer Service and Operations. This team is dedicated to the development, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of internal support platforms and workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
● Managing Zendesk, our primary ticketing system
● Overseeing Postbox, the internal customer communication platform
● Developing custom integrations with core systems and other internal services
Our BST is critical in driving operational efficiency, ensuring that internal users have access to reliable, scalable, and well-integrated tools for effective customer and partner interactions.
