Job Role
The Senior Network Automation Engineer will spearhead the design, operation, and automation of enterprise and data-center network solutions, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance for our clients. This position integrates extensive network engineering expertise with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices aimed at minimizing manual tasks, enhancing system resilience, and achieving service level objectives.

Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain network automation solutions utilizing Ansible.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks across enterprise and cloud networks.
- Integrate automation processes with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and databases (e.g., SnowFlake).
- Collaborate effectively with clients, service owners, and engineering teams to deliver robust and reliable solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- In-depth understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
- Minimum of 6 years in network operations (routing, switching, TCP/IP).
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in network automation within production environments.
- Proficient in Cisco routing and switching, F5 load balancing, and Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Strong coding/scripting capabilities using Ansible.
- Familiar with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.

Additional skills include experience with Python, Ansible, ServiceNow, and SnowFlake database.
