What you’ll be responsible for: Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise voice, video, and collaboration (Unified Communications) platforms. Configuring and supporting Session Border Controllers (SBCs), voice gateways, dial plans, and Quality of Service (QoS) to guarantee high-quality real-time voice and video traffic. Acting as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), capable of addressing operational issues with minimal ramp-up time. Engaging in Agile practices and collaborating actively in problem-solving efforts. Communicating technical issues, risks, and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Recommending technical enhancements and architectural improvements proactively. Contributing actively to team discussions, planning sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Supporting mission operations with a sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership. Demonstrating immediate contribution capability in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. Building and maintaining a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical expertise and professionalism. Applying creativity and innovation to deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs and mission objectives. Required Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education requirements. Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance or higher. 10+ years of experience in leading or assisting in the review, design, and implementation of network engineering solutions.
