Join the Pack as our new Intermediate Fullstack Developer.As an Intermediate Fullstack Developer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary Scrum team, known as “Packs.” Working alongside other developers, Product Owners, and UX Designers, you will help build impactful software solutions.You'll engage in various projects, from initial exploration to actual release, contributing to both Frontend and Backend tasks while maintaining quality across the application layers. Additionally, you will mentor junior colleagues and continuously learn from experienced team members.Your Responsibilities Include:Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code for both frontend and backend;Taking responsibility for code quality and QA within your team;Collaborating intensively with fellow developers and the Tech Lead to develop robust solutions;Contributing to discussions regarding technical choices, architecture, and methodologies;Fostering a positive, learning-oriented team atmosphere where knowledge sharing is second nature;Providing and receiving feedback; you help juniors grow while learning from seniors;Staying focused on building rather than getting bogged down by bureaucracy.
