About the Role:

As the Senior NPI Engineering Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our assembly, integration, and testing processes for the next generation of satellites. Utilizing your manufacturing engineering expertise and leadership capabilities, you will establish comprehensive processes and develop detailed procedures and work instructions for assembling and testing subassemblies, modules, and complete spacecraft. You will supervise engineering and technician staff, collaborating closely with design engineers, test engineers, engineering program management, and supply chain teams to ensure successful spacecraft delivery. This role is ideal for candidates who take pleasure in a systematic approach and enjoy mentoring others.

This position is full-time and requires in-office presence at our Berlin office five days a week.
