The primary focus will be on identifying vulnerabilities in the supply chain, recommending alternative sources, and developing strategies to mitigate risks. As part of a dynamic team, you will work under the guidance of the PingWind Director of Operations & Implementation.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and illuminate program supply chains utilizing proprietary and government-provided information.Create supply chain risk mitigation products consistently across designated programs.Conduct analysis of alternative sourcing pathways for critical materials and suppliers.Formulate actionable mitigation plans with clear timelines and measurable criteria.Implement data quality validation processes, identifying anomalies and gaps in datasets.Maintain comprehensive data quality scorecards, providing recommendations for remediation.Assist in the development of Courses of Action (COA) for mitigation scenarios.Document and track the closure of mitigation actions across programs.Prepare materials for control tower meetings and executive reviews.Collaborate with Government Points of Contact on data clarification and supplier evaluation.Contribute to recurring reports, quarterly summaries, and annual assessments.Support onboarding and enhancement of data workflows for new programs.Maintain standard operating procedures and assist in onboarding new analysts.
