Role overview
The Senior Operations Associate - Machine Learning will join Dandy’s Special Operations team to help launch a machine learning-powered dental design engine. This role centers on driving operational transformation by defining clear problems, setting up effective data collection, and guiding a workforce of 400 designers as they adopt new ML tools.
What you will do
- Define and manage workstreams for critical machine learning incubation projects
- Gather and analyze data to inform project direction and measure impact
- Coordinate and foster collaboration among stakeholders
- Oversee projects from initial concept through to execution
- Create training programs to upskill designers in ML workflows
- Develop a testing framework to assess the readiness of new models for deployment
Requirements
- Experience in machine learning operations or a related field
- Strong ability to define operational problems and set up data collection strategies
- Background in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience designing or delivering training programs
