Ideal Candidate:7+ years of experience in partner-facing, quota-carrying business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales within cloud services or SaaS companies. Proven track record in driving sales opportunities from partner lead generation to closure, successfully negotiating agreements, and cultivating long-term partnerships. Quickly grasps technical concepts and architectural scenarios and can articulate them clearly both verbally and in writing. Experience managing leading cloud consulting, managed service, and reseller partners. Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time. Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Partner Manager to join our Channel team, which focuses on fostering relationships with system integrators, resellers, and managed service providers, particularly in Brazil. In this role, you will be instrumental in recruiting, nurturing, and expanding partnerships with a select group of named channel partners, aimed at driving new client acquisition, accelerating deals, and boosting revenue growth for both Datadog and our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate the value of our platform and the market potential of partnering with Datadog.
  • Generate new sales opportunities driven by partner engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners and enterprise sales teams to enhance deals through value-added activities.
  • Identify and recruit new strategic channel partners.
  • Empower channel partners through presentations, outreach efforts, in-person meetings, partnership planning, joint sales initiatives, and technical training.
  • Lead partner engagement across various cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, legal, procurement, partner solutions, and technical support.
  • Conduct regular reviews with partners to ensure accountability and track success metrics.
