About The Role

We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Senior People Analytics Analyst to enhance our People organization. This role will focus on creating, scaling, and maintaining analytical and reporting frameworks that empower us to understand, predict, and optimize our talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies. This hands-on position requires a strong foundation in People data, proficiency in Databricks dashboarding, and expertise in Workday reporting. Your Impact:
