Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years in test strategy and design
• Minimum of 4 years in test execution analysis and reporting
• Extensive experience in Information Technology and Test Delivery, including at least 4 years in Performance Testing
• Proficient in performance testing and analysis (both client-side and server-side) and reporting
• At least 3 years of experience managing non-functional requirements with diverse stakeholders
• Solid experience in developing and executing Performance test scripts
• Proficient in tools such as HP Load Runner, HP Diagnostics, DynaTrace, or CA Introscope, along with open-source and native performance tools for web, app, and database layers
• At least 3 years of experience in debugging performance scripts and identifying performance issues using monitoring tools, including collaboration with stakeholders for resolution
• Knowledgeable in performance testing phases and prerequisites for data setup
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse team with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a team of up to 10 engineers, whether local or remote
• Experience in the financial domain is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Enthusiastic about working in a global delivery environment
