We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Technical Architect with extensive experience in PHP/Laravel technology stacks and Cloud Computing, ideally at an Architect or Lead level. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and a track record of delivering results while engaging with internal and external stakeholders. We seek a positive, motivated, and inspirational leader with strong customer engagement capabilities.
Experience: 12 to 18 years.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design, architect, and develop solutions for product or project delivery through team collaboration.
● Analyze systems across business processes, use cases, applications, databases, and infrastructure. Document the current state and develop future architectural roadmaps across all tiers.
● Lead the creation of work plans, process flows, and diagrams essential for gathering business case requirements, successfully spearheading program-level business system analysis projects.
● Mentor and develop the team to ensure a sufficient supply of trained personnel in the technology, while mitigating delivery risks in Digital Healthcare Solutions.
● Research new and emerging technologies for practical application to business challenges and strategic initiatives.
● Identify opportunities for enhancing performance, stability, capacity, and resilience of applications, architecture, databases, processes, and infrastructure, while assessing associated costs and risks.
