The Opportunity:
As a Senior Software Developer, you will spearhead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that automate and enhance business processes across various platforms, ensuring high standards of quality, maintainability, and collaborative teamwork.
Engaging closely with product owners and stakeholders, you will evaluate requirements, influence technical decisions, and mentor peers to promote continuous improvement and innovation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead the development of robust front-end applications and backend automation processes supporting Deutsche Telekom Technik.
- Design and create front-end assistants (robots), system overlays, and interfaces (e.g., SOAP, REST, Tardis) customized to meet customer requirements.
- Convert requirements from product managers and steering teams into maintainable, scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather constructive feedback.
- Utilize agreed programming languages and tools to develop cross-platform automation and integration solutions.
- Tackle complex technical challenges with innovative problem-solving and cutting-edge technologies.
- Contribute actively to research and development initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and tools.
