About the Role:
We are in search of an accomplished Lead Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in performance advertising to architect high-performance solutions that ensure campaign success. Your strategic insight into Performance DSP workflows will be critical as you craft innovative algorithms and systems to optimize real-time bidding strategies, surpass advertiser KPIs, and enhance ROI, ultimately driving increased performance-driven expenditure on the PubMatic platform.
What You'll Do:
- Design and develop advanced features for our performance platform, enhancing ad formats including interstitial video, rewarded video, and display ads.
- Shape PubMatic’s product offerings to enhance auction efficiency, aligning with Performance DSP workflows and ensuring seamless integration for higher ROI and increased DSP investment on our platform.
- Utilize machine learning and data-driven insights to improve bid efficiency, campaign performance, and ad delivery strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and the CTO team to ensure that technical solutions align with Performance DSP objectives.
- Enhance attribution tracking, user value modeling, and ML-driven performance optimizations to maximize campaign effectiveness.
