Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Administer Windows systems across diverse Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments. Install, configure, and manage Windows OS, applications, and related software, including Microsoft Exchange, Office, SharePoint, and SCCM. Establish and maintain Group Policy settings and other configuration tools. Implement security policies and procedures to safeguard Windows systems and data. Monitor system performance and identify areas for enhancement. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows systems and applications. Conduct root cause analysis to resolve underlying problems effectively. Document technical configurations, processes, and procedures. Collaborate effectively with other teams. Perform additional duties as required. Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Windows system administration. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments, with experience in managing and troubleshooting Windows 11 and Active Directory. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Possession of an active and transferable Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph. Compliance with Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent). Experience with system hardening and security frameworks.
