Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a Senior Process Automation Specialist to join our Centre of Organisational Excellence team. In this pivotal role, you will establish the standards for automation practices at Fastned while developing our process architecture. Your responsibilities will include identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions across various business processes. You will oversee process improvement and automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet stakeholder needs. Utilizing a diverse toolkit, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI-driven solutions, and low-code/no-code platforms (such as Zapier, Make.com, and Workato), you will enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality in our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Governance & Strategy Alignment: You will implement a strategic approach to automation, establishing a governance framework that integrates our automation roadmap with the overarching company strategy.
- Process Analysis & Improvement: You will conduct thorough mapping, analysis, and prioritization of organizational processes to identify friction points and opportunities. You will lead improvement and automation projects, ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned and on schedule.
- Solution Design, Execution & Tooling: You will take the lead on solution design, ensuring that the automation initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.
