Position Summary
We are actively seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Process Engineer to spearhead the development of formulation and coating processes for next-generation separators utilized in our solid-state batteries. The ideal applicant will possess a robust background in formulation, coating, and characterization within the battery or related industries such as fuel cells, solar technology, or electronic materials. Experience in lithium-ion battery electrochemistry is advantageous. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will design and execute experiments for prototyping and characterizing innovative separator formulations and architectures, collaborating closely with our Cell Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing teams to qualify through cell builds and scale up to pilot production. This dynamic role demands a hands-on approach and commitment to transforming the energy storage landscape alongside a passionate team of scientists and engineers.
