We are looking for R&D-oriented Engineers to join our dynamic team focused on the development and enhancement of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, particularly plasma-based chambers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage in research and development of components and mechanisms, including concept creation, feasibility studies, and practical evaluations/testing.
· Conduct hardware characterization, define process windows, and analyze interactions between processes and hardware.
· Design experiments, gather data, analyze results, and compile comprehensive reports on process development.
· Innovate and improve equipment functionalities, from initial specifications to detailed designs.
· Collaborate across multi-disciplinary fields, including Process Development, Hardware Development, and Metrology.
Required Skills:
· PhD in Physics, Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields), or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of professional experience.
· Profound understanding of low-pressure RF plasma systems, including ICP, CCP, and microwave plasma sources.
· Strong knowledge of plasma-surface interactions and precursor/plasma chemistry; familiarity with PECVD, PEALD, and RIE process mechanisms.
· Excellent communication skills for technical documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and customer interactions.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with epitaxial silicon growth and characterization.
· Proficient in EM and multi-physics simulation tools (e.g., COMSOL, Ansys HFSS, CST Studio).
