We are currently seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join the Howly team!

3. AI Job Search and Automatic Resume/Cover Letter Creation: We help people find jobs faster. Utilizing AI, we enhance job search relevance and facilitate one-click resume and cover letter creation, reducing routine and improving positioning for specific roles.
4. Technical Talent Marketplace: We connect technical experts with those seeking their expertise, a marketplace where experts and users find each other quickly.
Responsibilities of our Product Analyst include:
, Conducting user behavior and product effectiveness analysis;
, Generating hypotheses for product improvement using analytical tools and data;
, Validating hypotheses through A/B testing;
, Building predictive models for user behavior and key business metrics;
, Creating informative dashboards for the product team and other stakeholders;
, Presenting research findings in a clear and visually appealing format;
, Collaborating with development, marketing, and C-level teams to achieve business objectives.
