The Role
As a Product Designer, you will be pivotal in bringing AI-driven decisions to life for our users. Your primary focus will be on researching, designing, and crafting innovative experiences for our suite of AI products.
You will collaborate with a proficient cross-functional team comprising seasoned product managers, designers, and technical experts, including machine learning engineers, data engineers, and software engineers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence some of our most critical products and directly enhance how our customers utilize AI in their operations.
The Team
Joining the Product organization within Peak, you will become part of a multidisciplinary team of intelligent, diverse, and inquisitive professionals dedicated to creating groundbreaking products. You will collaborate across various functions including data science, customer success, and sales to advocate for the end user.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional design - Become an expert in understanding our customers' challenges. Lead and participate in research to uncover their needs, leveraging your UX and UI expertise to partner with your team and achieve quality, polished results.
Collaborate extensively - In our fast-paced SaaS environment, flexibility is vital. Work closely with customers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design strategies that align with business goals and user needs. Your insights will guide our delivery teams as they align with broader product objectives.
Foster customer empathy - Develop a deep understanding of our customers' issues through proactive engagement and research, using your expertise to inform product design.
