Joining our close-knit team of approximately 15 skilled professionals (with backgrounds from Typeform, Pitch, King, Skyscanner, and more) means you will be part of a pragmatic group dedicated to both scaling our existing revenue-generating platform and prototyping innovative products that push the boundaries of speech and agentic AI.

About the Role...
We are seeking a talented Product Engineer to enhance and evolve our core transcription and intelligence platform. You will collaborate closely with Matej (our Tech Lead, formerly of Typeform), designers, and our founders to roll out features that cater to both small teams and large enterprises.
This role is ideal for experienced builders who are passionate about their craft , engineers who think systematically, value impact, and discern when to act swiftly and when to delve deeply.
What You Will Do...
Develop and maintain the core HappyScribe application across multiple platforms, catering to hundreds of thousands of users monthly. You will be responsible for features from concept through to production.
Embrace a learn-and-iterate approach. Measure impact proactively, gather user feedback, and refine or discontinue features based on your insights.
Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and leadership to influence the product roadmap. Your input will shape what we build and why.
Example projects include:
Creating integrations with telecommunication platforms to capture real-time conversations.
Developing search and storage systems for extracting insights from numerous multilingual transcripts.
Building a desktop app for local recording and seamless access to conversation data.
