We are on the lookout for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our Platform Group. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the strategic vision of our platform and leading the development of features that enhance Semperis's enterprise security and identity offerings. This position demands exceptional product management skills and the ability to forge strong partnerships across various functions.
Your Responsibilities
Engage with field teams and customers to cultivate a deep understanding of customer scenarios and needs.
Assist in crafting and defining the strategy and roadmap for our platform, ensuring a forward-thinking approach while continually delivering value to customers.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize and manage backlogs, ensuring clarity and consistent delivery to both internal partners and customers.
Leverage your data-driven mindset and continuous learning to recognize opportunities that enhance the platform.
Establish and refine processes for Product Management to boost team efficiency and enhance cross-team visibility.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
7+ years of product management experience, particularly in enterprise software within globally distributed organizations.
A customer-centric approach, demonstrated by a track record of translating customer needs into beloved solutions.
Strong analytical abilities and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
A strategic mindset with a knack for influencing strategy and translating it into actionable roadmaps and backlogs.
Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional stakeholders across different time zones and regions for successful customer delivery.
