Qualifications
Role OverviewAs the Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and managing the complete lifecycle of our derivatives product lines, including perpetual futures, options, and structured products. You will analyze market demands, regulatory trends, and technical requirements to build a competitive derivatives trading platform that enables users to achieve their risk hedging, arbitrage, and leveraged trading goals. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design of cryptocurrency derivatives, including contract specifications, funding rates, settlement mechanisms, and margin models. Collaborate with technical teams to define product development requirements and assist marketing and operations in creating effective derivatives promotion strategies. Advanced Risk Frameworks FocusDevelop core risk control models and strategies for derivatives involving rule-based and risk-based margin and pricing calculations. Oversee margin calculations, forced liquidations, client notifications, and cross/portfolio margin systems. Enhance pricing models, hedging strategies, position limits, auto-deleveraging, and settlement processes. Integrate safeguards into trading operations, including slippage controls, order management, and API interactions while ensuring compliant yield and hedging through tokenized products. Monitor competitors and market dynamics (e.g., Binance, Bybit, OKX, Deribit, DeFi) and user behavior to refine and enhance risk strategies.
