Role overview

The Senior Product Manager - Fleet Interfaces leads the development of monitoring and intervention tools for managing fleets of Digit, Agility’s advanced humanoid robot. This hybrid role is based in Salem, OR or Fremont, CA. The position centers on building operator-facing tools that enable a small team to oversee an expanding number of robots with safety and efficiency in mind. Ownership of mapping and incident management workflows for the fleet operations platform is a key responsibility.

This role reports directly to the Head of Product and collaborates closely with other Product Managers who focus on robot software, hardware, and operator services. The work is essential to scaling Agility’s robotic solutions without increasing headcount at the same rate.

What you will do

  • Lead the product roadmap for operator interfaces, including monitoring and intervention tools for robot fleets.
  • Enhance operational scalability, reliability, and observability through thoughtful interface design.
  • Define, gather, and implement requirements to improve mapping, intervention, operation, and debugging workflows.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to deliver cohesive operational interfaces across robotics software, hardware, and related systems.
