Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the strategic vision for HelloFresh’s Global People Data Product Tribe. This position is essential for developing robust and scalable solutions for people data, facilitating informed decisions in workforce and talent management. You will work in close partnership with senior leadership, People teams, Product, Analytics, and Technology stakeholders to create impactful dashboards, data assets, and self-service analytics tools. The primary objective is to streamline complex workforce data systems, establish and monitor key people metrics, and build technology products that foster data-driven decision-making on a global scale, while allowing for local adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and Promote Product Vision: Clearly define, communicate, and advocate for the long-term vision and strategy of the Global People Data Products Tribe, ensuring alignment with HelloFresh’s overarching People and Technology strategies.
- Define and Monitor Key Metrics: Collaboratively define, track, and optimize key performance indicators for the People Data Products Tribe in conjunction with stakeholders throughout the People function and the wider Alliance.
- Collaborate on Alliance-Level Outcomes: Jointly create and align on Alliance-wide key metrics alongside Product peers from other data tribes and the Alliance Product Lead.
- Drive Data Product Roadmaps: Develop and implement data-driven roadmaps to deliver essential dashboards, data assets, and self-service analytics capabilities that facilitate workforce and talent decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work collaboratively with Product, Analytics, and People Technology teams globally to identify unmet user needs, prioritize high-return opportunities, and ensure effective product delivery.
- Harmonize Workforce Data Systems: Simplify complex interactions across diverse systems to standardize and harmonize workforce data, enabling the generation of high-quality, actionable insights.
- Promote Data-Driven Decision Making: Advocate for data proficiency within the People domain by supporting the creation of reliable insights and embedding analytics into strategic workforce and talent management decisions.
- Engage Senior Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with senior leadership across the Alliance and the People Function to drive critical workforce and talent management decisions through high-visibility data initiatives.
