About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager within our Hardware Tribe, you will spearhead the development and enhancement of new, exciting customer-facing features by collaborating closely with our hardware, software, industrial design, marketing, finance, and executive teams. Your role will encompass driving new features that seamlessly integrate hardware, software, and services while shaping the strategy, vision, and roadmap with a substantial degree of ownership over essential features and customer experiences. We are seeking a candidate who is not only customer-focused but also technologically adept, with a genuine passion for consumer devices and the payment industry.
This position requires on-site presence, as we believe that closer interactions with team members yield stronger outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead a talented, cross-functional team to provide the best experience for our merchants, including features like offline mode and tap-to-pay.
- Act as the voice of our merchants; understand their needs and transform them into solutions that enhance user satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including hardware, engineering, industrial design, and product design teams to create innovative products and features.
- Define the overarching strategy, product roadmap, and specifications for our products, aligning with long-term vision, market demands, and technical trends.
- Oversee and manage the product lifecycle from inception through rapid iterations to mass production.
