The Merchant Experiences team is responsible for developing the platform that underpins merchant and business user experiences at Narvar. Our focus encompasses core platform frameworks, design systems, configuration tools, onboarding processes, growth tools, and intelligent AI automation, all designed to empower our merchants to fully harness Narvar’s value for their businesses.
About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager with a strong platform background to guide the next phase of our merchant experience evolution. This position is vital for Narvar’s growth trajectory. You will spearhead the vision, roadmap, and execution for platform capabilities such as governance, entitlements, experimentation, business logic, and automated AI tools for our enterprise clients. Your natural systems-thinking ability will help you navigate the complexities of platform work, and you will excel at distilling the essential needs from both technical and business stakeholders to find common ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a multi-year strategy for Narvar's core platform and shared services, ensuring alignment with product, engineering, and business objectives.
- Oversee the roadmap and development for Narvar’s platform services that enhance business user experiences, including governance, globalization, entitlements, workflows, business logic, and growth strategies.
- Champion a world-class experience creation platform for merchants, ensuring that our services are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to understand their customer needs, ensuring that your platform roadmap delivers essential services that enable their success.
- Drive the adoption of platform services across all product and engineering teams, measuring impact and iterating based on feedback.
- Foster a customer-centric culture (including internal developers, merchant-facing teams, and end consumers) through thorough research, data analysis, and collaboration.
- Monitor and prioritize measurable outcomes for platform adoption, performance, reliability, and business value.
