About the Role:
At PubMatic, our Mobile App division is a pivotal area for growth and innovation. We are on the lookout for a strategic and analytics-driven Senior Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of our Mobile Monetization product suite. This position will define the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for monetization solutions across PubMatic's extensive network of mobile app publishers.
The perfect candidate will possess extensive expertise in AdTech, particularly in programmatic advertising within the mobile app domain, and demonstrate a successful history of managing high-volume, data-intensive products. This role demands a fine balance of strategic insight, technical knowledge, customer interaction, and leadership capabilities.
What You'll Do:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Take ownership of the Mobile Monetization strategy and roadmap, including the advancement of ML products aimed at enhancing monetization within the mobile app ecosystem.
- AI/ML: Discover and implement AI/ML solutions to improve mobile app bid stream data and maximize monetization prospects.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that product development aligns with market demands and corporate goals.
- Customer Discovery & Engagement: Dedicate a significant portion of your time to interacting with customers, stakeholders, and industry experts to gather insights, identify challenges, and guide product direction. This role also involves cultivating relationships with key industry figures in mobile app monetization.
- Execution & Delivery: Oversee the execution of product roadmap initiatives, ensuring efficient and scalable product development while minimizing direct involvement in daily operations.
- Performance & Growth: Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the success of product initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and execution.
- Travel: This position may require some domestic and international travel as necessary.
We'd Love for You to Have:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in the AdTech and Mobile App monetization sectors, with a strong preference for expertise in programmatic advertising.
- B. S. or M. S. in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, as this role requires robust technical understanding.
