Role Overview
We are in search of a Senior Product Manager – Software to lead and enhance Geoforce's core Asset Management and Tracking experience. This pivotal role focuses on the creation, tracking, organization, monitoring, and management of assets throughout their lifecycle.
You will collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams, as well as engage directly with customers to deliver intuitive, reliable, and scalable product solutions. This is a hands-on, execution-driven position that demands strong customer empathy, sound product judgment, and the agility to navigate between strategic planning and implementation.
Your success will be defined by your ability to enhance the core customer experience, improve operational reliability, and increase the real-world usability of our tracking platform.
What You’ll Do
Lead the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Geoforce’s core Asset Management and Tracking capabilities.
Collaborate with Engineering and UX as integral members of a Product Trio to design, build, and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Engage directly with customers to gain insights into operational workflows, challenges, and usage patterns.
Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively to align with strategic goals.
