About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and technical Product Manager to spearhead major initiatives within our Web Infrastructure team. This team is responsible for the systems that support both the Lattice product infrastructure and the general web build infrastructure for Anduril. These systems facilitate application development at scale. In this pivotal role, you will lead essential initiatives that require both product vision and in-depth technical coordination across teams.
Your responsibilities will include scoping and executing complex user-centric projects, such as developing the overall Lattice application navigation framework roadmap, implementing a language localization system, and enhancing the user settings and core component design systems, alongside tools for application performance characterization. Additionally, you will advance critical developer-focused work, including defining configurations for packaging and shipping various product suites, and prioritizing tools that streamline developer workflows. This role necessitates building strong relationships across all Anduril business lines, grasping diverse technical requirements, and delivering platform capabilities that empower developers to accelerate their work.
To succeed, you should possess experience in frontend software development and demonstrate the ability to swiftly grasp technical concepts. Comfort in collaborating with engineers and diving into details to comprehend system dependencies, technical risks, and the implications of key architectural decisions is essential. You must excel in execution and navigate ambiguity effectively, communicating clearly and providing product clarity in complex engineering discussions.
