What Will You Be Doing?
As a Senior Product Manager on our Web team, you will breathe life into the narrative of Fin and the Intercom Suite through exceptional web experiences. Your efforts will highlight our products, articulate our brand story, and convey our vision for the future of AI-driven customer service. This pivotal role significantly influences how prospects and customers perceive our identity, offerings, and importance.
We seek an ideal candidate with a background in product marketing or substantial experience in crafting narratives through digital channels. You are a proactive leader who drives projects, makes decisive choices, and ensures every product launch adheres to Intercom's high standards for design, clarity, and quality. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, design, engineering, and brand teams to create visually stunning, engaging, and high-performing web pages.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the entire process of delivering high-quality narrative and storytelling pages from inception to launch.
- Translating messaging into web experiences: transforming positioning and messaging guides into captivating, distinctive pages.
- Taking ownership of deliverables: making prompt, informed decisions; guiding your team through uncertainty; and ensuring all launches meet exceptional standards.
- Collaborating across functions: working alongside designers, engineers, PMMs, and brand studio partners to manifest stories on the web.
- Exhibiting a keen eye for narrative and copy: ensuring content is clear, engaging, and aligned with our company positioning and objectives.
- Driving progress and urgency: acting swiftly while upholding excellence in craft and execution.
- Measuring and improving impact: monitoring the performance of narrative pages and optimizing for engagement, understanding, and conversion.
