Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead the Databricks for Good initiative, defining its mission, success metrics, execution strategies, and long-term vision. Design and implement high-impact programs such as social impact partnerships, hackathons, university initiatives, and nonprofit empowerment programs. Act as a representative for Databricks for Good by hosting events, delivering presentations, moderating panels, and engaging with global social impact forums. Manage the partnership pipeline for Databricks for Good technical engagements, aiming to assist nonprofits in utilizing Databricks for real-life applications. Produce engaging content—including case studies, presentations, blogs, and educational resources—that demonstrates the potential of data and AI for social good. Collaborate with various teams, including Field Engineering, Developer Relations, Marketing, Legal, and Sales, to ensure that social impact initiatives are scalable, technically robust, and aligned with company goals. Serve as a trusted advisor on social impact use cases, assisting teams in understanding the needs and limitations of mission-driven organizations. Gather feedback from both internal and external partners to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Your role will involve setting a clear vision for Databricks for Good, ensuring that it produces significant, lasting impact, while effectively communicating the nature and importance of that impact.
