TEAM OVERVIEW:
The Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) Division at Anduril is on the lookout for a seasoned Program Manager to enhance our dynamic team. TRS focuses on two pivotal missions: the development of highly capable autonomous drones and the scalable production of solid rocket motors. We are dedicated to evolving products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from initial concepts into fully operational systems through close collaboration with specialized engineering, operations, and production teams. Our Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team excels in designing and manufacturing solid rocket motors using advanced materials and proprietary formulations to ensure the delivery of safe and reliable propulsion systems that meet diverse mission needs. Our software and hardware engineers are passionate about contributing to a robust portfolio ranging from autonomous aerial systems to high-performance solid rocket motors, all while tackling some of the most challenging problems faced by our clients.
Anduril seeks a highly capable, mission-oriented, organized, detail-focused, and responsive Program Manager to provide essential tactical support and operational oversight to our strategic defense clients. This role is crucial for driving the adoption, expansion, and sustained success of Anduril's innovative Launched Effects solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding client operational needs and translating them into impactful solutions. This position demands a unique combination of strategic insight, technical proficiency, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strong commitment to national security. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day client accounts, ensuring the smooth deployment, continuous functionality, and peak performance of Anduril's Launched Effects systems.
