ABOUT THE TEAM
We invite you to join Anduril’s Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) Division as a Technical Program Manager. This division focuses on two primary objectives: developing highly capable autonomous drones and manufacturing solid rocket motors at scale. We take innovative products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from initial concepts to fully operational capabilities by collaborating closely with specialized engineering, operations, and production teams. Through our Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team, we design and produce solid rocket motors utilizing advanced materials and proprietary formulations, ensuring safe and reliable propulsion systems that meet diverse mission requirements. Our team of software and hardware engineers is passionate about building a remarkable portfolio, from autonomous aerial systems to high-performance solid rocket motors, contributing to reliable autonomous robotics and propulsion products in demanding operational environments.
Anduril is in search of a highly skilled, mission-driven, and detail-oriented Program Manager to provide essential tactical support and operational oversight for our strategic defense initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption, expansion, and sustained success of our innovative Rocket Motor Systems. As a trusted advisor, you will deeply comprehend client operational needs and translate them into impactful solutions. This position demands a unique combination of strategic insight, technical knowledge, and exceptional relationship-building abilities, all underpinned by a commitment to national security. Your responsibilities will include managing client accounts effectively, ensuring seamless deployment, functionality, and optimal performance of Anduril's Rocket Motor Systems.
