Are You Ready to Make an Impact?To be a successful Senior Project Controls Consultant at AECOM, you should possess:A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. Demonstrable experience in a multi-disciplinary project environment and consultancy setting with client-facing responsibilities. Strong organizational, coordination, and people management skills. Advanced knowledge of planning and scheduling, cost engineering, change control, risk, and opportunity management. Proven experience in a PMO role, with a solid understanding of PMO operations. Experience in project controls within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.

As part of the AECOM Integrated Programme Controls team, you will leverage your expertise in PMO best practices to deliver exceptional results on infrastructure projects. Your primary responsibility will be managing and delivering project and programme controls for our clients, focusing on budget management and forecasting to accurately reflect the project's status.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing existing AECOM cost control and management systems.
  • Overseeing the daily collection of cost information.
  • Establishing and maintaining cost management processes.
  • Collaborating in the establishment and monitoring of management budgets.
  • Managing project budgets, including labor and equipment costs.
  • Reporting costs against project activities and providing metrics for comparison.
  • Coordinating with all stakeholders to track quantities and manage variances.
  • Preparing inputs for weekly and monthly reporting on cost flow and cash flow forecasts.
  • Managing project-defined cost forecasts and all related reporting.
  • Delivering data analysis to support project decisions and creating management dashboards using state-of-the-art digital tools.
