This position is based in Los Angeles County, CA, USA, with a hybrid-remote work arrangement (two days in the office/field).
We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Controls Scheduler to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to bolster our project management and control capabilities. You will work in close collaboration with project teams to create and update detailed schedules that are aligned with project objectives, ensuring effective planning, execution, and control throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and sustain project schedules utilizing industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop, baseline, and monitor project schedules.
- Ensure project schedules comply with contractual requirements, best practices, and industry standards.
- Conduct critical path analysis and prepare schedule risk assessments.
- Create and deliver schedule reports and analyses to project teams and stakeholders.
- Support project control functions, including cost control, change management, and progress tracking.
- Identify potential schedule impacts, risks, and opportunities, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with project teams to guarantee accurate representation of project scope, milestones, and deliverables within the schedule.
- Continuously monitor and report on project progress, comparing anticipated versus actual dates, milestones, and critical path activities.
