DLR Group is seeking a Senior Project Designer to join our Global Higher Education practice. We embrace a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility for our team members to balance office work and remote responsibilities.

Position Overview

In this pivotal role, you will assume significant responsibilities in project development, guiding the creation and delivery of project documents. You will work in close collaboration with our integrated design team to ensure the highest quality of work, maintaining alignment with project schedules, budgets, and plans.   • Lead project development and nurture client relationships alongside the Project Manager and Project Designer.
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring alignment with timelines and profitability targets.
  • Establish and implement quality assurance/control processes in compliance with company standards.
  • Facilitate coordination among project teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
