About the Role

Join a dynamic engineering team focused on transforming innovative custom automation and robotic systems from idea to implementation. You'll engage in designing, prototyping, and overseeing the construction of these systems directly on-site, making a significant contribution to our global clientele and advancing your professional journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Mechanical Design: Take ownership of comprehensive SolidWorks modeling and drafting for bespoke automation and robotic work cells, ensuring precision from initial concept through to production.
  • Project Management: Oversee a variety of design initiatives, effectively managing scope, timelines, and resources to achieve delivery goals while tackling engineering hurdles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, controls, manufacturing, and clients to refine designs for optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability.
  • Documentation & BOMs: Create thorough 3D models, assembly schematics, and detailed bills of materials.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance design standards, processes, and workflows to elevate quality and efficiency.
