Required Qualifications:A minimum of 4 years of project management experience in an agency setting, particularly in multi-channel marketing and digital delivery. Demonstrated ability in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with accountability for results. Strong financial acumen including expertise in forecasting, reporting, and budget management. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven leadership capabilities, including mentoring team members and fostering accountability. Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies; experience with SCRUM is a plus. Proficient in tools such as Smartsheets, MS Project, Excel, and financial tracking platforms. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in regulated industries or health-related environments. Capability to incorporate AI tools into planning, delivery workflows, and quality assurance. Comfort with navigating evolving delivery models and operational frameworks.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will spearhead intricate, multi-channel delivery across various concurrent initiatives. This role demands a balance between strategic execution, financial stewardship, and robust partnership-building to guarantee that projects are completed with transparency, quality, and confidence. The Senior Project Manager is expected to provide insightful leadership, operational excellence, and a proactive approach in supporting both teams and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project delivery across multiple initiatives while managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
  • Manage revenue between $1.75M and $3M across Agency of Record (AOR)/Digital Agency of Record (DAOR) and multi-channel digital work.
  • Act as the primary daily client liaison, nurturing trusted and transparent partnerships.
  • Lead financial processes including estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs), reconciliations, and tracking profitability.
  • Mentor and support Project Managers and Coordinators, while driving continuous improvement in delivery practices.
