Role overview
The Senior Project Manager – Data Center Construction leads large-scale data center projects throughout Texas. This position sits on the owner's team, guiding each project through design, construction, commissioning, and final turnover. The role involves more than coordination; it carries real authority and responsibility for project outcomes.

Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover
- Serve as the main point of leadership among owners, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Drive schedules, budgets, and execution strategies for projects exceeding $500M
- Oversee site, CSA, MEP, controls, and commissioning scopes
- Ensure alignment between design intent and field execution
- Manage critical systems such as UPS, switchgear, chillers, CRAH and CRAC units, and distribution infrastructure
- Identify and resolve coordination and constructability issues proactively
- Lead commissioning efforts to confirm system performance and reliability
- Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards, including NFPA, NEC, and OSHA requirements
