Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience in the electrical contracting or related industries. A minimum of ten years of field experience as a Project Manager in electrical construction projects associated with Energy and Mobility. Proven expertise in developing cost estimates and scope of work for electrical construction projects. Ability to independently manage multiple large-scale projects. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with TechFlow employees and drive improvements. Excellent presentation and written communication abilities. Outstanding organizational skills and decision-making capabilities. Capacity to make administrative and procedural judgments. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret level Security Clearance.

Join TechFlow, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager to lead our expanding Energy and Mobility Solutions Business Unit across the Eastern United States. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate across various functions to drive Energy and Mobility projects, offering strategic leadership and oversight to project teams. Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of project planning, delivery, management, and oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide internal and external teams to ensure project delivery is safe, timely, within budget, and meets specified requirements.
  • Define project scope, develop cost estimates, establish schedules, and create effective delivery solutions.
  • Organize and lead pre-construction meetings.
  • Work alongside Project Engineering and Executive Leadership to manage all facets of assigned projects, including communications, team leadership, project scope, cost estimation, quality assurance, risk management, and adherence to environmental and safety standards.
  • Provide accurate and timely project status updates, highlighting milestone achievements, risk assessments, and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits as necessary.
  • Engage in project progress meetings involving clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate both expected and unforeseen project complexities.
  • Oversee dependencies, risks, plans, costs, and resources for individual and interrelated projects in conjunction with the assigned Project Coordinator.
