Your Responsibilities:

In the role of Senior Project Manager for Electrical Engineering in Bridges, Locks, and Dikes, you will hold overall responsibility for the daily execution of complex infrastructure projects. You will be a key authority on site, directing teams and subcontractors while ensuring that safety, quality, and timelines remain under control.

With your experience, you can identify risks before they materialize and translate designs, schedules, and contract agreements into flawlessly organized execution.

  • Leading execution teams and specialized subcontractors on-site.

  • Developing, monitoring, and optimizing execution schedules and work methodologies.

  • Identifying and mitigating technical, safety, and environmental risks.

  • Strictly enforcing compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

  • Serving as a technical resource and sparring partner for project preparation and management.

  • Maintaining contact with clients, management organizations, inspectors, and other stakeholders.

  • Reporting on progress, challenges, and process deviations to project leaders and teams.

  • Monitoring budgets on-site and contributing to variance and additional work documentation.
