We are in search of an accomplished Professional Engineer, licensed in Florida, to spearhead land development projects while guiding small teams with minimal supervision. This position is perfect for a proactive leader capable of managing projects independently from initial concept through to construction completion.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee numerous site civil land development projects in the retail, residential, mixed-use, industrial, and healthcare domains.
• Lead and mentor internal design teams.
• Establish direct communication with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Manage permitting processes, design phases, and construction administration.
• Prepare and assess grading, drainage, and utility plans.
What This Role Entails
