About the Role
dept is hiring a Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) for the Experience & Engineering business unit in Berlin or Hamburg. This team delivers strategy, performance marketing, e-commerce, data analytics, and content creation, all focused on building digital experiences that connect with users.
What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex online and e-commerce projects, keeping milestones on track.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from preparing proposals to tracking KPIs, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Serve as a key communication link, clarifying requirements and supporting collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- Provide proactive support and expert advice to clients.
- Apply your skills in stakeholder management, risk assessment, controlling, and reporting.
- Lead interdisciplinary project teams and maintain regular, effective communication across locations.
What We Look For
- At least 5 years in a client-facing role at an agency or as a trusted consultant in a corporate environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
- Direct experience delivering digital and/or e-commerce projects.
- Familiarity with traditional and agile (multi-)project management methods, such as Asana or Jira.
- Ability to prepare cost overviews and proposals.
- Experience designing project plans with clear milestones and dependencies.
- Skilled in creating re-briefings and managing client deadlines.
- Organized, self-motivated, and quality-focused with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proven team player with experience leading interdisciplinary teams.
