This remote position is based at our global R&D headquarters and reports directly to the Product Director.

Job Overview

You will take full ownership of defining and developing our wheel loader and skid steer loader products tailored to the unique needs of North American and European markets. Your extensive hands-on experience with heavy equipment will enable you to effectively guide R&D initiatives, translating practical regional requirements into actionable technical solutions. You will lead the entire development process from concept to mass production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead R&D programs for wheel loaders and skid steer loaders aimed at North America and Europe.
  • Define product technical specifications considering performance, hydraulic systems, ergonomics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide expert technical guidance based on deep industry knowledge without reliance on traditional market research.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through all phases of product development.
  • Ensure compliance with EPA Tier 4 Final, EU Stage V, OSHA standards from the start.
  • Review engineering drawings and validation plans to guarantee product reliability and performance.
  • Identify and advocate for technical differentiators against competitors like Caterpillar and John Deere.
  • Collaborate with testing and quality teams to execute tailored validation programs.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts with clear technical insights and training materials.
